The mission of the series is to provide an integrated view of current knowledge within the various areas of Hispanic and Latino Studies as it relates to postsecondary and adult education. This series will present a scholarly but accessible review of educational research and theory related to a variety of topics pertinent to Hispanic and Latino Studies. Topics to be covered in this volume will include, but not be limited to, culture, literature, leadership, curriculum, career preparation, diversity in hiring, access to education, access to the professoriate, access to other professions and other aspects of Hispanic and Latino studies which are relevant to current research and theory
