International Perspectives on Mathematics Education- Cognition, Equity & Society gives voice to prescient topics in the areas of cognition, equity and societal perspectives of importance to the international mathematics education community. The series aims to lend voice to issues and perspectives from populations and cultures which are not heard in the dominant mathematics education discourse. In doing so, the vision of the founding editor Leone Burton, is carried into the 21st century and beyond.
