This series of authored and edited books is dedicated to contemporary perspective on leadership development – the processes and outcomes focused on how individuals and groups develop the capacity to lead. These processes and outcomes include educational and professional training contexts, preferred outcomes associated with developmental initiatives, and connections between interventions and outcomes. The purpose of the series is to highlight current and emerging efforts in society, industry, and education focused on developing leaders and leadership in organizations. The series will feature volumes written by authors and edited volumes with multiple contributors. Each volume will showcase a different topic critical to the research, practices, and outcomes of leader and leadership development.
