IAP BOOK SERIES
Contemporary Research in Education
Contemporary Research in Education is a broad-based series that seeks qualitative and critical research on a wide range of topics related to educational practice, policy, and foundational facets of the field. Perspectives that advance or challenge existing thought are particularly welcome. Book proposals are currently being solicited for the Contemporary Research in Education Series published by Information Age Publishing. Contributions can be theoretical and/or applied in significance.
TOPICS OF INTEREST:
Previous works in the series collectively contribute to the field of education from multiple perspectives. They address significant topics such as:
• Moments that shape children's learning experiences
• Reflections of educators during transformative times
• Historical development of teacher education
• Alternative approaches to school reform
• Comparative analysis of educational policies
• Promoting critical literacy
• Benefits of inquiry-based learning
• Utilizing film in teaching history
Each book offers creative insights and thought-provoking discussions that contribute to the ongoing conversations in the field. In addressing these various aspects of contemporary thought and practice, the series aims to provide readers with valuable resources to enhance understanding and inform professional practice.
