IAP BOOK SERIES
The International Journal of Disability Policy and Advocacy
This interdisciplinary journal will examine a wide range of issues related to disability including health, human rights, accessibility, transportation, sexuality and housing. A focus will be placed on intersectional issues such as sexuality, race, ethnicity, gender audience will be academics, practitioners and graduated students.
Eight to ten peer review articles will be included in each edition which will be published bi-annually in years one and two, and four times a year beginning in year three. It is envisioned for the journal to be indexed by year four or five.
The primary audience for the publication includes academic researchers/institutions, disability practitioners/organizations and policy/change-makers.
