The Handbook of Resources in Middle Level Education

The Handbook of Resources in Middle Level Education is a companion series to The Handbook of Research in Middle Level Education. In 2010, Vincent A. Anfara and Steven B. Mertens envisioned a companion series to the original research handbook series to be comprised of various resources for middle level education—ones that would be beneficial to the field. These volumes are a compendium of sources intended to inspire and support middle school practitioners, scholars, community members, and policymakers. The co-series editors for the first resources volume were Steven B. Mertens and Vincent A. Anfara, Jr. Starting with volume 2 in 2013, Micki M. Caskey and Steven B. Mertens began their services as the series co-editors.
