IAP BOOK SERIES

The ISEOR Series

The ISEOR Series presents socio-economic management (SEAM) and its applications in a wide range of companies.

The ISEOR international research center based in France, founded in 1975, will soon be celebrating its 50th anniversary. Intervention-researches carried out in more than 2,200 companies and organizations of all sizes, from over 70 sectors of activity and located in 48 countries on 4 continents, have enabled us to build a robust management theory, incorporating an operational method for calculating hidden costs-performance and converting them into added value.

The various books in the ISEOR Series present the theory's concepts, methods and tools, along with numerous case studies and illustrations. This operational method is based on the development of human potential as the primary lever for improving the sustainable socio-economic performance of companies and organizations.
